Participating Restaurants

Restaurants are participating in Chicory Week in a few different ways: by cooking specials during Chicory Week from October 29 – November 2, by preparing bites for attendees at the Sagra di Radicchio on November 3, and by participating in the Pizza Party on November 4. All of the restaurants you see below are excited to be involved with Seattle’s first chicory festival, and they support wonderful small farmers, including Local Roots Farm, all year long. Without the enthusiastic support of chefs and the Seattle restaurant community, this bitter celebration would be impossible.
